Agro business industry is a flourishing industry that driven by universal basic need. Looking at the prospective growth of this industry, many companies are strengthening their presence and both local and international companies are foraying into this business. This sector holds bright future to candidates.

As a result of adverse weather conditions (nutrient-poor soil, extreme aridity and high summer temperatures) in the UAE, in 2005 agriculture accounted for a comparatively diminutive portion (3 percent) of gross domestic product country. Employment in the agricultural sector employs only about 7 percent of the employed population in 2005, but due to a relatively high proportion of nationals of the UAE are employed in agriculture, the sector receives a disproportionate share of subsidies government, both federal and local. The dates are still the main crops in the UAE in terms of acreage, but the production of vegetables has increased dramatically, especially in Abu Dhabi, and now generates more income. Other important products include eggs, dairy and poultry.
